SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Orders are shipped First-Class USPS. All items in stock are shipped within a week. Back-ordered items are shipped separately as soon as they become available, at no extra cost. Credit cards are charged only for items that are in stock.

$0.00 - $10.00 = $3.50
$10.01 - $25.00 = $4.50
$25.01 - $49.99 = $5.50
$50.00 and up = FREE
To Canada
If your order equals:
$0.00 - $10.00 = $4.00
$10.01 - $25.00 = $5.00
$25.01 - $49.99 = $6.00

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Please note that there are no returns allowed. We will only exchange an item for an alternate size within 30 days. We will only reimburse shipping expenses for defective products. If an item is returned to be exchanged for an alternate size, buyer pays all shipping costs.
HOW TO EXCHANGE:
1. Please be sure your exchange complies with the

2. Place the items you would like to return in a suitable shipping box.
3. Enclose a copy of the original invoice.
4. Specify the reason for your return.

TAXES:
Virginia State Tax of 5% will be added to all Virginia retail orders.
GIFT WRAP:
We will be happy to gift wrap your purchase for $4.00 per package. All gifts will be boxed, wrapped, tied with ribbon and will include your personalized message on a separate card.

Please be aware, our products are small and contain components that may possibly be removed. As with any small object, our products and their components may pose a choking hazard if placed in the mouth. As such, never leave a young child unattended while using Out to Tea® products. Of course, please remove all hair accessories before putting your child to bed.
